まだバグがあるように思えます。
1. IE11で確認するとABCのリンクが表示されません。
2. 画像をアップロードすると画像の高さが半分になってしまいます。
2に関してはWindows(デスクトップ)のIE11とChromeで確認しました。
ただし他のノートパソコンのChromeで確認したところ、正常に画像をアップロードすることはできました。
ほぼ同じ環境なのになぜこういう症状になるのかがよくわかりません。

However, I checked it with Chrome (laptop), I was able to upload an image with no problem.

As for 2, the symptom was connfirmed with IE11 and Chrome over Windows (desktop).
However, when I confirmed it with Chrome on another note PC, I was able to upload the image properly.
I don't quite understand why almost the same environments resulted differently with this symptom.
