まだバグがあるように思えます。

1. IE11で確認するとABCのリンクが表示されません。
2. 画像をアップロードすると画像の高さが半分になってしまいます。

2に関してはWindows(デスクトップ)のIE11とChromeで確認しました。
ただし他のノートパソコンのChromeで確認したところ、正常に画像をアップロードすることはできました。
ほぼ同じ環境なのになぜこういう症状になるのかがよくわかりません。

As for 2, the symptom was connfirmed with IE11 and Chrome over Windows (desktop).
However, when I confirmed it with Chrome on another note PC, I was able to upload the image properly.
I don't quite understand why almost the same environments resulted differently with this symptom.

レビュー有難うございます。正しくはnotebook pcでした。laptopはA4サイズ以上のポータブル製品で、膝の上（lapのtop）に据えないと作業ができない重さのもの、それよりも軽量薄型のnotebook pcは日本で流行りましたが、アメリカなどでは重厚感と大きい手でもしっかりタイピングできる大きさが好まれたのでさほど普及せず、英語でも聞きなれない感じがしますね。ご参考まで。
