このままでは大会の取材ができませんので、至急滞在期間の修正をお願いします。
もう時間がありません。正しい申請書についても、再度このメールに添付します。

As for the visa stay period, you said there was no need to correct it, but when I contacted the Uzbekistan Embassy in Japan, they told me they would only issue a visa for just 1 day.
In this manner, I can’t report about the event, so please correct the stay period as soon as possible.
We don’t have much time left. Please find attached the correct application form again.

Regarding the terms of stay using this visa, I was told by Embassy of Uzbekistan in Japan that I would receive visa for only one day stay if I don't take care of this issue after all, although you mentioned that "no need to do anything."
If we don't do anything, we cannot interview the convention. So please revise the terms of my stay immediately.
