商品のインボイスに「ギフト」と記入し、商品名に「used camera（lens）」と記載することは可能です。
しかし、商品の価格を低く記載することはebayのポリシー違反となる為、当方では行っておりません。

It is possible to describe "gift" in the invoice and to describe "used camera(lens)" as the product name.
But as it is a breach to ebay policy to describe a price lower than the actual price in an invoice, we will not do that.

We can list "gift" in invoice and "used camer(lens)" in name of the item.
