ebayに確認したところ特にポリシー違反ではないようですが、先方のバイヤーに住所を第三者に開示していいか確認してくださいとのことでした。
先方のバイヤーに確認したところ、住所開示は拒否されましたので、お手数ですがやっぱり、我々の住所にお送りくださいませ。先方のバイヤー宛の商品は代替え品が見つかった為、至急ではなくて大丈夫です。

When I verified with eBay, it was not a violation of their policy, but they request me to confirm with a buyer whether the he/she would agree to disclose his/her address to a third party.
The buyer refused to disclose his/her address when I inquired him/her, so I am sorry for the inconvenience, cut please send it to our address.
Since we have found the replace for the item that the buyer wanted to order, it is not required to ship it to us in a hurry.
You could ship it at your convenient time, but please take care to return it. We are sorry for disturbing you.
