I purchased mobile phones at xxx, but all of them were different from what I had ordered.
I requested alternative products but they ignored my complaint.
They kept saying that they would cater to refund if I return the goods.
Therefore, I sent back all the purchased goods to the address instructed.
(I confirmed they received the goods from the tracking number.)
However, they have yet to comply with refund.

Though I demanded that they send me replacements, they ignored my demand.
As they insist that they will reimburse me once I return all the received items, I sent all the purchased items back to the instructed address.
It is confirmed from the tracking number that they have already received them.
However, they show no sign of reimbursement in response.
At this moment all of my reimbursement demands are neglected.

I purchased a cellphone at ○○. But the delivered items are not what I ordered at all. I asked the shop to send me the replacement, however they have ignored my request and just told me to return the products they sent me then I will get refund. So, I returned all the products to the address they directed, and I still don't get my money back even though it's obvious that the products I returned were already delivered as the tracking number indicated. They still keep ignoring my refund request so far.
