私は○○で携帯電話を購入したが送られてきたものは全て
注文品とは異なるものだった。
私は代替品を送るように要求したが彼らはこれを無視した。
彼らは「全て返品してくれ。そうすれば返金に応じる」の一点張り
なので私は指示通りの住所へ購入品を全て返品した。
（彼らがそれらを受け取った事はトラッキングナンバーから確認済み）
が、彼らは一向に返金に応じてくれない。
今現在、コチラからの返金要求は全て無視されている。

I purchased mobile phones at xxx, but all of them were different from what I had ordered.
I requested alternative products but they ignored my complaint.
They kept saying that they would cater to refund if I return the goods.
Therefore, I sent back all the purchased goods to the address instructed.
(I confirmed they received the goods from the tracking number.)
However, they have yet to comply with refund.
So far, all my requests for refund have been ignored.
