However, as the one remaining item does not have an invoice it is not passing through customs.

I have received three packages out of four packages you sent to me.
However, one of three packages was not attached/enclosed with the invoice, so it has not been able to undergo the customs' processing.
Please create and send me the invoice for this package containing only the cable with the declaration value at $299.00 urgently.

But one of them cannot be cleared at customs because it has no invoice.
