I included the SAGO warranty and wrench in the package along with the bass.

Your item is currently held up at export section of Japan post in Osaka, but it is usual to happen.
It will be shipped to America immediately after completing the paper works, so please do not worry.
I have shipped the warranty card of SAGO and the wrench together with the base.
