LTE Settingというアプリケーションを使う方法が一番良いが、これはGoogleに消されてしまった。

The best solution was using the app called LTE Setting, but unfourtunately it was deleted by Google.
So, please try and search for an app that allows to fix it with 3G likewise.

You can try to use with connection fixed to 3G, while normally it is automatically changed.
It had been the best to use an application software called LTE Setting, however this software was erased by Google.
