今回送れないという事で、大変残念です。
ルールが変化していく事に自分も対応して行きたいと考えていますが、
もう次回からは、この商品は依頼をかけませんし、迷惑もかけませんので

I am deeply regretful being unable to deliver this time round.
I thought of coping with the rule changes
Next time forth, I will not request nor bother you anymore.
Just this once would you be able to deliver to the below mentioned address?
From hence forth, OO , I swear I would not request other things from you.
