遅配の原因は、ペルー国内で誰かが仕事をさぼっている事にあります。
12日に日本の空港から飛行機で発送済みです。6日間も飛行機が空を飛び続けるはずがないので、ペルーの空港に到着しているはずです。
到着したら当然「到着」の通知がされるはずですが、それがまだないのはおかしいです。
日本の郵便局で調査願いを出しますが時間がかかります。

We are sorry for the belated delivery. Your item is currently held at an airport in Peru.
The cause of the delay is due to those neglecting their job in the country.
Please know your item was shipped from Japanese airport on 12th by air. It would be a joke if the airplane were flying six days straight, so the item must have arrived in a Peruvian airport.
It is strange that the arrival notice is not sent as of yet, because they are supposed to do so.
We could file a investigation request to Japan Post, but please know it will take some time.
