I have purchased the item from you, but haven't received it for over the past two months. According to Japan Post with the tracking number, the item has not only arrived in Japan, but it has not even left the US as of yet. Since you put insurance for it, it should be covered. Issue me a full refund immediately. Or I will recognize it as a fraud. I did nothing wrong. As long as you do the business, deal with your customers in a faithful manner.
