前回の連絡で”後日、発送先日本での注文も対応可能になる”との返信を頂いたのですが、商品を購入するためにカートから決済のページに移ろうとすると、ERROR: SORRY, “product name” DOESN’T SHIP TO JAPANというメッセージが出てしまい商品の注文ができません。
どうにか注文できるように設定していただけないでしょうか。

I have received your previous email telling that you would be able to accept orders with shipping address to Japan. But, when I move from the shopping cart to the payment settlement page, the message telling "ERROR: SORRY, 'product name' DOESN'T SHIP TO JAPAN" was displayed, and I could not place an order.
Could you somehow set your website to accept orders from Japan?

Last time, I got reply saying "In a few days, ordering from Japan will be made possible", but when I go from the cart to the Payment page to make a purchase, a message saying "ERROR: SORRY, “product name” DOESN’T SHIP TO JAPAN" is returned and the order is impossible to place.
Could you please set it up so I can order somehow?

Although in the previous message you've said "In next days we'll make it available to choose Japan as shipping address", when I try to go to the purchase settlement page after putting item in the cart, "ERROR: SORRY, “product name” DOESN’T SHIP TO JAPAN" message pops out, and purchase can't be done.
Please fix settings to make it possible to purchase items. Thank you.
