Here is the procedure:

1. First of all, please notify the delivery company with the damage of your item (*Sorry for the trouble, but you cannot move forward without this step). Write an incident report. They might ask you for the detailed explanation about what is stated in the report, but please be sure to explain the overview and the consequence of the incident with the item being damaged, though you are not a pro to make a proper judgment (we cannot do anything without it).

2. Your report will be submitted to our delivery company. This is where we will be able to submit a request for verification as our first action. Accordingly the incident will be verified at our end.

3. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a refund for the item price, shipping fee, and return shipment fee.

1. Contact shipping company and claim the broken item (This must be done first to proceed the others)
Write report. They will ask about the detail, but as you are not the specialized person, brief explanation of the condition and clearly mentioning that the item is broken is important. (Again, this must be done for us to proceed)
