I have returned all of them on ○. I bet they would get stuck at the custom investigation though.
In this senario, the whole stuff will be returned and it will have to be packied again and go along with the regulation (up to 2 units of A per box) that would cost a few times more than usual.

Either way, I will not compromise.

I sent everything back on on **day. I guess the chance that it gets stuck at customs is pretty big though.
In that case there's nothing we can do but send it back to me, repackage it and sending it by the rules (A is a max. of 2 pieces in 1 box).
It will cost 2 to 3 times the shipping costs.

No matter what we do, I don't feel like compromising on this any further.
