I received the product. Unfourtunately, I found a few pages coming off from its spine and some scribbles. No particular description was on the statement. You don't know how disappointed I am about this consequence. If it was not a big deal I could remain patient, but since the condition was awefully bad, I would like to request for a replacement, or the entire refund including the shipping fee. i received package and found out damage which few peices are peal off from back paper and some writing by my confirmation. these damage don't stand on explanation. I was really disappointed, even I was looking forward to take. I could patience if it is small damage, however condition was too bad in this time, so I would like to change or all amount back to me include shipping cost.
