AとCは、Bの操業に関して、以下の内容のA契約を締結する。
１．「A契約の締結」はD契約のPPの一つとする。
２．CがBの操業継続を希望するときは、事前に、操業の詳細（操業・収支計画、操業・収支実績、撤退計画を含む。）をAに提出する。Aはこの詳細を毎年を審査する。
３．操業中・操業終了後を問わず、Bが起因となって発生したすべての問題の責任はBが負う。

With regard to B's operations, A and C conclude the contract A as per stated below:
1. "The conclusion of contract A" is recognized as one of the items included in the contract D.
2. When C wishes continue the B's operations, the details of the operations (inc. the operations/the balance plan, operations/the balance sheet, and the withdrawal plan) is to be submitted to A. A inspects the details on a regular basis.
3. Regardless of the operation being in progress or completed, B is to owe responsibilities for the entire issues caused by B.

A and C will sign the contract A written below in order to operate B.
1. "Sign Contract A" will be one of PP in Contract D.
2. If C wants to continue operating B, C must submit details of operation (including revenue plan, actual revenue result, and plans of withdrawing) to A in advance. A will audit this plan every year.
3. B is responsible for all the problem caused by B no matter it is during operation or after operation.
