AとCは、Bの操業に関して、以下の内容のA契約を締結する。
１．「A契約の締結」はD契約のPPの一つとする。
２．CがBの操業継続を希望するときは、事前に、操業の詳細（操業・収支計画、操業・収支実績、撤退計画を含む。）をAに提出する。Aはこの詳細を毎年を審査する。
３．操業中・操業終了後を問わず、Bが起因となって発生したすべての問題の責任はBが負う。

A and C have the A agreement on the operation of B with following conditions:
1.The conclusion of A agreement will be one of the PPs of D Agreement
2. When C wants B to continue the operation, C has to submit the details including operation budget for revenues and expenditures, operation income and expenditure acount, and withdraw plan to A in advance. A will check the details every year.
3. B will take all responsibilities for problems which caused by B, no matter the problem happenes in the process of the operation or after the opertaion.
