AとCは、Bの操業に関して、以下の内容のA契約を締結する。

２．CがBの操業継続を希望するときは、事前に、操業の詳細（操業・収支計画、操業・収支実績、撤退計画を含む。）をAに提出する。Aはこの詳細を毎年を審査する。
３．操業中・操業終了後を問わず、Bが起因となって発生したすべての問題の責任はBが負う。

3. Regardless of the operation being in progress or completed, B is to owe responsibilities for the entire issues caused by B.
