３．操業中・操業終了後を問わず、Bが起因となって発生したすべての問題の責任はBが負う。
４．Aが権利を有するエリアをBが利用する場合は、BはAが定めたルールに従う。
５．AはいつでもBの操業を中止させる権利をもつ。その場合、Aは操業計画の利益相当額を年単位でCに補償する。Aの支払った補償額は将来Cが受領するRoyaltyから差し引かれる。
６．Bの閉鎖に要する費用はCの負担とする。
