私は、この時計を贈り物にする予定で購入しましたので、
これでは困ります。
私の日本の住所に、大至急、外箱を送っていただきたい。
それが不可能ならば、返品とします。

The box for the watch is broken and sealed with tape.
This is a problem for me because I bought it as a gift for somebody.
Could you send me the box to my address in Japan immediately please?

The case of the watch was broken and reached in the condition which was repaired with the Sellotape.
I intended to present this watch and bought it.
Under present condition, it is troubled.
Immediately, send a slip case to the address in my Japan.
If it is impossible, it makes returning.
We request well.

It was delivered to me fixed with Scotch tape.
I purchased it as a gift to my dear person. This cannot be a gift in this condition.
So, please rapidly send off another outer case to my address in Japan.
If you cannot, I will cancel the deal and send it back to you.
