郵便局に問合せをしたところ今日返事がきました。
住所が違うという理由で返送になったようです。私はebayのShipping labelを参照して伝票を作成しました。先ほど伝票の控えを確認しましたが間違いはありませんでした。おそらく配達業者のミスだと思います。商品はまだフランスの交換局で手続き中の可能性があるようなので大変お手数ですがお近くの郵便局にトラッキングナンバーで問い合わせて頂けますか？まだフランス国内に商品があれば再配達してもらえるようです。

I have inquired to the post office and just got a reply from them.
They returned because the address was different. I have made the shipping voucher referring a Shipping label from ebay. I checked my copy and it was correct. I am assuming that there must have been some mistake during delivery. The item might have been in the process of transfer at the French International Post office, so could you inquire them using the tracking number? If the item is still in France, they will deliver it again.

The reason it was returned was that it had a wrong address. I made the slip by using the shipping label from ebay. I checked the slip again, but I didn't find any mistake. I think it was possibly the mistake of the courier. I think the item may still be in the process at the switching center in France, so I am sorry for troubling you, but could you contact a nearby post office with the tracking number? If the item is still in France, it seems that they will ship it to you again.
