1台に初期不良がありましたので返金要求をさせていただきます。
現象は以下2点になります。
・本体の電源のオンオフができない。
・音声ガイダンスが聞こえない。
既にお客様に発送済の商品もありますが、
そちらでも初期不良が発生した場合は返金に対応していただけますでしょうか?

One unit was quickly defective, thus I am requesting reimbursement.
The following two points occurred.
・I could not turn the electricity on the unit off or on
・I could not hear the voice guidance
There has already been a product shipment to the customer,
however if those units are also found to be defective early on will you be able to handle reimbursement for them?

I will request refund one of the items because there's an initial failure with it.
These are the failure I've found.
* The power switch does not work.
* The voice guidance does not work.
I've already delivered some of the items to my customers.
If I found another failure with those items, can I get a refund on them?
