私は、配達予定について日本郵便に問い合わせてみましたが、日本側からの問い合わせには
回答できないとのことです。

ご安心ください。私はインドネシアのお客様にギターを発送したことは何度もあります。
しかし商品の発送先の住所はPayPalに登録されている住所となります。
異なる住所の場合はセラープロテクションの対象にならないからです。

The product went through customs clearance and was shipped from Canada’s National Hub on May 2.
I asked Japan Post about the delivery schedule, but I was told that they can’t answer to inquiry from Japan.

The product will be shipped from the international post in Canada after customs clearance.
I have inquired Japanese Post about the delivery date, but they said that they could not answer from Japanese side.
I have confirmed the phone number** at Canada Post, so would you be able to inquire them?
There is not problem. I have shipped guitars to my customers in India several times before.
However, the shipping address differs from the one on Paypal.
If the address is different, seller protection will not cover for that product.
