The customers package was lost during transit by the carrier in Tokyo and John send an email to seller requesting for a replacement and asking for the delivery date but the seller gave a nonsense respond such as Hello How do you do? Have a nice day. John is very worried that he might not get a replacement as soon as possible so he is willing to just get a refund for the order and purchase it from a different seller.
