Amazon USと同じASINでAmazon日本で検索すると、
12本にはなっていません。
Amazon日本のテクニカルサポートに問い合わせたところ、
1本だと確認が取れています。
お客様に説明したのですが、わかってもらえていないようです。
どうしたらいいのでしょうか？

I received an order of this product. However, this product is 1 piece, not 12 pieces.
I searched the same ASIN as Amazon US on Amazon Japan and saw that it was not 12 pieces.
I checked Amazon Japan’s technical support and they confirmed that it was 1 piece.
I tried to explain this to a customer, but he doesn’t seem to understand.
What should I do?
