この商品の注文をもらったのですが、
この商品は、12本ではなく1本です。
Amazon USと同じASINでAmazon日本で検索すると、
12本にはなっていません。
Amazon日本のテクニカルサポートに問い合わせたところ、
1本だと確認が取れています。
お客様に説明したのですが、わかってもらえていないようです。
どうしたらいいのでしょうか？

I received an order for this product but this product contains 1 piece, not 12 pieces.
When I search on Amazon Japan using the same ASIN at Amazon US, it does not show 12 pieces.
I contacted the technical support at Amazon Japan and confirmed that it is 1 piece.
I explained it to the customer but the customer does not seem to understand.
