羽毛布団に関して
いつも丁寧な対応ありがとう。
御社の羽毛布団に関して質問があります。
添付の写真を見てください。
お客様から写真のようなかたちで羽毛が日々少しづつ出てきて、
朝起きると体や頭にくっついていると連絡がありました。
縫製してある部分から出てきているのですが、
これは縫製による問題なのですか？
それともすべての羽毛布団でこのように出てきてしまうものなのですか？
昨日質問をしたベッドスカートに関して、
BOのフラットシーツと一緒ではなく先に送ってもらえますか？

About the Duvet.
Thank you for your support as always.
I have a question regarding the duvet of your company.
Please kindly look at the attached photograph.
I was contacted by a client that the feathers gradually came out everyday just like in the photograph,
and there were some clinging on the body and head upon when he woke up in the morning.
The feathers came out from the sown area,
so is this a problem with the sewing?
Or would all the feathers eventually come out of the duvet?
And can you send the bed skirt that I have asked about yesterday separately before the BO flat sheet?

Regarding down quilt.
I appreciate your polite and detailed responses.
I have a question in regard to your companies down quilt.
Please refer to the attached picture.
My customer contacted me to tell me that some feathers in the quilt come out on every use, and they wake up in the morning with feathers on their body and hair.
The feathers come out from the sewing area.
Is it a sewing problem, or does every down quilt have the same problem?
In regard to the bed skirts I asked about yesterday,
can you send it first, instead of sending together with the BO flat sheets?
