調査請求を出す事ができますが、既に荷物が日本国内を出てしまっているので、５日以内に結果が出ることはありません。
もし今週中に動きがないようなら、返金させて頂くか、再出荷させて頂きます。
再出荷の場合もすべてこちらが費用を負担します。

I’m concerned to hear that it has not been delivered to you.
Probably it has not arrived in Singapore yet. It’s taking rather a long time.
I could ask for investigation, but the package has already left Japan, so I don’t get any results within 5 days.
If there is no movement this week, I will issue a refund or send you a replacement.
In case of shipping a replacement, I will pay for the shipping fee.
