追跡番号を毎回知らせた方が良いか、という問合せについての返信です。
やり取りの背景は以下です。
弊社が配送会社と契約しているため、専用のアカウント番号で発送しています。つまり、契約番号があるので、そこから追跡番号を検索できる可能性があることから発生しているやり取りです。
