通関処理に必要なINVOICEなどの書類が足りないようです。
FedExから御社へ26日にメールで上記の内容を連絡しているとのことです。

I called FedEx, and they told me that customs need some more documents and informatoin for the invoice.
FedEx also told me that they contacted your company for that on Mar. 26th.
