SixReps is a social network for fitness enthusiasts which has enjoyed tremendous growth in the last couple of months.

Co-founder, Denny Santoso, came over to Singapore two weeks ago and we had a great discussion on SixReps. It was a great session as Denny shared his strategy and philosophy for his start-up. The key to success, as he explained, is still by providing real benefits to users.

1. Can you share with us your current goals for SixReps?

Right now our current goal is to develop a better infrastructure for scalability. We’re going global soon, so we have to be ready in terms of server, features, and API development for third party apps. If we’re going global and expanding the service to more countries, it also means we’re gonna need to educate more people about the benefit of being a Sixreps member.

The industry itself is so huge and with so many fitness center and merchants we can work with. We just needed a way or strategy to make things happen in the shortest time possible. For example, in Indonesia, we have about 1200-1500 fitness center. How to reach all of them in the shortest time possible is a challenge. So far, most merchants like our idea.

Members can gain a lot of benefits by joining SixReps.com.

SixReps goal is to create a social network for fitness enthusiast. Most people has three goal with their body. They’re doing exercise to lose fat, build muscle
or just want to stay healthy. The barrier is mostly about knowledge. We provide member a place to share their knowledge about fitness, dieting, etc.

We even build a fitness database that member can use as a reference. In SixReps, members can also share their results: For example sharing their before and after photo. Why would you build your muscle without anyone noticing?

For fitness center or brands, the benefit of joining SixReps is to get maximum exposure for their brand in targeted audience. Besides the exposure, they can engage their customer directly, talk to their customer, give product samples and free trial.

SixReps Passport also acts like your SixReps membership ID. Member can print out their SixReps Passport, bring it to our partner (fitness center, shop, business, etc). Show it and gain some perks.
