私も、私の家族もみんな元気です。
今回の震災では多くの日本人の命が奪われました。
３月１１日のあの地震は本当に悪夢のようでした。
今でも余震が続き、原子力発電所の問題などありますが、日本は負けません。みんなが一つになって、必ず復興します。
今回の震災直後から、世界中の方たちが温かいメッセージや支援の手を差し伸べてくださったことを心から感謝しています。

My family and I are all doing well.
A lot of Japanese lost their lives in the recent earthquake.
The events of March 11th were truly nightmarish.
Even now, aftershocks continue and there are problems with the nuclear energy plant, but we Japanese won't give up. Everyone will pull together and rebuild.
Right after the earthquake happened, people from around the world sent warm messages and extended aid to us, for which I'm truly grateful.
Heiko-san, the warm message that you sent me really made me happy. I send you and your family my best wishes for much happiness.

The earthquake of 11 March was like a nightmare and claimed many Japanese.
We still have continues aftershock and atomic power plant matter but Japanese will overcome the disaster. We will unite each other and revive for sure.
