先日Cさんから頂いた書類の内容を確認したところ、前回領事による認証が拒否される理由となった”A”の記載（１行目）が修正されていないことに気づきました。
Ｃさんから頂いた書類には”A”の記載がありますが、これがあると「領事の前で宣言する」という意味になり、前回同様領事により申請が却下されてしまうのではないかと考えています。
添付のファイルについて、再度修正する必要がないかご確認頂けますでしょうか？

Because C san is on leave, please allow me to ask you a question.
When I have reviewed the document inn details, which I have received from C san, I have noticed that the statement (the first row) in the “A” caused the consulate general to refuse the approval last time was not corrected.
The statement “A” in the document implies the meaning of “swearing an oath in from of the consulate general” which, I think, might lead to the refusal of application due to the same reason as last time.
Could you please review the attached file if the revision is required or not?

I was checking the document given to me by Mr. C the other day, and found that the description of “Ａ”, the reason for the denial of certification from the counsel, was not corrected.
The document I received from Mr. C includes the description “A”, and that will mean that “we will declare in front of the counsel”, and thus might result in the denial of the application from the counsel, similar to the last time.
Could you check the attached file, and see if it needs further correction?

I checked details of document I had received from C, and found that A(1st line) where reason that authorization was rejected by previous counsel was not corrected.
A is listed in the document received from C, but "A is listed" means that "swearing in front of counsel".
Then it might be rejected again by the counsel.
As for attached file. could you check if it needs to be corrected again?
