Cさんが休暇中とのことで、質問させてください。

先日Cさんから頂いた書類の内容を確認したところ、前回領事による認証が拒否される理由となった”A”の記載（１行目）が修正されていないことに気づきました。

Ｃさんから頂いた書類には”A”の記載がありますが、これがあると「領事の前で宣言する」という意味になり、前回同様領事により申請が却下されてしまうのではないかと考えています。

添付のファイルについて、再度修正する必要がないかご確認頂けますでしょうか？

I want to ask you a question, for Mr. C is on vacation.
I was checking the document given to me by Mr. C the other day, and found that the description of “Ａ”, the reason for the denial of certification from the counsel, was not corrected.
The document I received from Mr. C includes the description “A”, and that will mean that “we will declare in front of the counsel”, and thus might result in the denial of the application from the counsel, similar to the last time.
Could you check the attached　file, and see if it needs further correction?
