件名 FBA Inbound Shipment Problem (FBA1MPK5C7)
というメールをもらいました。
セラーセントラルで確認してみると、
SKU MU-9D41-V1IU 、が22個中11個が、
Unfulfillable になっていました。
Product damaged upon arrival とのことです。
しかし私は22個ではなく、11個しか送っていません。
何かの間違いでしょうか？

As for the delivery number of shipment ID: FBA1MPK5C7, I have a question.
I received an e-mail whose title was FBA Inbound Shipment Problem (FBA1MPK5C7).
As I checked it at Seller Central,
11 units of SKU MU-9D41-V1IU among 22 units was showed as Unfulfillable.
It seems to mean Product damaged upon arrival.
But I shipped only 11 units, not 22 units.
Is there any error?
