The publisher of the App has come up with an ingenious way to pass the due diligence processes, which lets the app display only the promotion-relate projects such as those used for the registration to the websites other than AppStore when applying for the process.
Due to that reason, there is a possibility that the matters cannot be properly verified in the States. We recommend you to handle the verification processes in Japan instead.

When the app is submitted for judgment, they astutely passed the judgment by displaying only promotion items such as registration to a Web site, except the affair of App Store. Also, the violation that displaying app reward items to the App Store users in Japan only by setting users’ language and referring to IP address is seen.
Consequently there is the possibility that the circumstance cannot be confirmed in the U.S. Please check that in Japan domestically. We demand the app must be deleted immediately and the developer account must be banned.
We sincerely hope you devise a countermeasure against that.
