As you may see from the attached screenshot, downloading an app indicated in this app from the App Store accumulates points, which can be exchanged to Amazon gift cards or iTunes gift codes.
アプリの審査提出時はApp Store以外のWebサイトへの登録などのプロモーション案件のみを表示させることで巧妙に審査を通過させています。またユーザーの言語設定やIPアドレスを参照することで日本のApp Storeユーザーにのみアプリリワード案件を表示するなどの違反行為を行っています。
そのため米国での事象の確認ができない可能性があります。日本国内での確認をおすすめいたします。

The publisher of the App has come up with an ingenious way to pass the due diligence processes, which lets the app display only the promotion-relate projects such as those used for the registration to the websites other than AppStore when applying for the process.
Due to that reason, there is a possibility that the matters cannot be properly verified in the States. We recommend you to handle the verification processes in Japan instead.
