プライベートが忙しいのと大口でのメール取引が増えた為、残念ですが時間の都合上利益の少ない取引をする事が出来なくなりました。
もし貴方が大口注文(1種類につき１０個以上)を希望する場合受け付けますが、単品の要望に答える事は出来ません。
以前言っていた◯の付録は既に入手してますので、商品代金と送料と手数料をお支払い頂ければ発送します。
それ以外の荷物は同梱発送出来ません。
日本でも最近異常気象が多いですかフランスも同様な事がおきてるんでしょうか？
私の予想だとEMSの送料は円以上掛かるよ。

I am sorry to let you know that I can no longer handle less profitable business due to time constraints, as my personal life being busy, and the business through e-mails for large orders.
I will happy to handle your orders if you wish to place large orders (more than 10 units per item), I will not be able to respond for your request for the orders for a single item.
In regard to the supplement for 〇 as discussed earlier, I will ship it out to you if you pay for it along with the shipping and handling charges as I already have it with me.
I will not be able to ship items other than that will not be shipped together.
We have been experiencing a lot of strange weather conditions here in Japan, are you experiencing the same there in France?
I expect that shipping charges through EMS will cost you more than JPY 〇〇.
