They told me that due to the effectuation of the Universal Postal Convention (Doha Convention) the SAL service to Australia have been abolished. The shipment will return to the post office so I need to send it out in a different way.

According to the email, the SAL registered mails to Australia has been repealed
due to the enforcement of the New Universal Postal Convention starting from New Year's Day. They have sent the the parcel back for us to pick up and we probably need to ship the order by other options.
