For drawing up minutes, staff of A Office witnessed us.
First, I explain summary of 1st period.
B will explain activity of the 1st period.
Next, C is going to explain details of expenditure.
In the beginning, the 1st period was defined to be 1 year, but because
we were late in obtaining D, we changed the 1st period to be 14 months.
That is all about explanation of the 1st period. Do you have questions or comments?
