The two and five 12v150w electric bulb ordered on December 12 and December 13 respectively totalling to 7 has yet to arrive.
Upon tracking the tracking number you have given last December 20, it was known that these were shipped to Swiss land.

I need the product within the week so please send it urgently via EMS if you have made a mistake in the shipping. Please arrange for the product to be delivered within a week starting today.

Did you misdeliver my order?
I needed them by the end of this week by all means, so if you misdelivered them, please ship them again to my address by Express EMS. Please arrange the shipment so that they reach me within a week from now.
