まだPayPalへ返金されません。
荷物の追跡サービスによると、12月6日にそちらに到着しているとのことですが、どうなっているか調べてもらえますか。
運送会社は、フェデックスではなく、日本郵便のEMSを利用しました。

I have sent back the product a few days ago.
However, I have not yet been refunded on PayPal.
According to the tracking service of the package, it should have arrived there on the 6th of December. Could you check out what happened?
The transportation company used Japanese postal EMS, not FedEx.

Although I returned the item the other day, my refund has not been transferred to the PayPal yet.
The tracking service showed that the item was delivered to you on Dec, 6, but could you check it?
The shipping method was not the FedEx but the EMS of Japan post.
