ご存知の様に、私はアメリカの転送会社を利用してあなたの荷物を日本に発送しています。
あなたからの荷物を数個溜めてから、それらを一つの荷物にして発送しています。
先日いつもの様に発送の支持を出したところ、
インボイスの同梱されていない荷物は、コンプライアンス上、海外に発送できないと連絡がありました。
残念ながら現在私がその会社にできる指示は、
荷物をあなたの元へ返送する事しか無いようです。
取り急ぎ、その荷物を一旦受け取って頂けないでしょうか？

I have let them accumulate the packages from you and have them shipped as one large cargo.
I have instructed them for shipping the cargo the other day as used to be, but they told that the item which was not indicated on the invoice could not be exported due to the compliance issue.
Unfortunately, what I can instruct them at this moment is to return the item to you.
For the meantime, could you please receive that item?

あなたにインボイスを作成してもらい、同梱後、再度転送会社に荷物を送る事です。
二つ目は、
転送会社を使わずに、あなたが私に直接発送する事です。
どちらの場合も、輸送コストは私が負担します。

あなたが今まで支払っていた転送会社までの輸送コストは不要になります。

There seems to be two options after you get the package.
One is that you include it with the package and send it to the transport company again with an invoice.
The other is that you send it directly to me, without via the transport company.
In either way, I will pay for the shipping cost.

The first is that I would request you to make the invoice for the item, then, let you send it to my forwarding company with the invoice.
The second is that I would request you to send the item directly to me in Japan.
Either way, I will shoulder the shipping charge.
And, if you can continue the second method of directly send the item to me in Japan, I will be able to save the shipping charge in US sending the item to my forwarding company.
