Hello, I was just wondering if you received my order. It says it should be shipped by Thursday but on the status it says not shipped yet. Also, I haven't been charged for it. I really need it before Christmas and if it cannot get here by then, I would like to cancel my order please.

こんにちは、私の注文を受けていただけたのか確認のため連絡しました。木曜日までに発送するとありましたが、ステータスを見るとまだ発送されていないようです。また、私に請求も届いていません。私はこの商品をクリスマス前に欲しいし、それまでに入手できないなら注文をキャンセルしたいと思っていますのでよろしくお願いします。
