I would like to stay at the university dorm.
The website only accepts applications for 1/3/2014-5/3/2014.
I want to apply to stay at the dorm from March 1 through October 30.
If I apply for "2014-Spring", can I start staying from March 1?
(Am I allowed to not stay from January 3 through February 28?)
If so, how should I proceed with the application?

I'm thinking about applying for the unviersity dormitory to stay from March 1st till October 30th.
If I apply for "2014-Spring" this time, can I start my stay from March 1st?
(I don't have to stay from January 3rd till February 28th?)
