日本酒とワインを本格的に扱うにあたり、物流のご相談がありメールしました。
日本酒についてです。
日本酒なのですが、まだ専門のバイヤーがHKではなかなかおらず、
ECでの小口取引からスタートしようと思っています。
ただ、1本づつ販売すると送料の負担が大きいので6本セットなど、
違う種類の日本酒をセットにして販売しようと思っています。
さて、通常であればCDSの倉庫から我々が引き出し、自分達でソートなどをして
宅配業者に宅配を依頼するという流れになると思うのですが、我々はまだ日本にいます。
It is about sake.
As for sake, there is hardly buyer dedicated to it in Hong Kong,
and we are going to start from small business in EC.
However, if we sell by 1 bottle, shipping charge is large,
and we are going to sell it by set such as 6 bottles where different types of sake are set.
Usually we take them from warehouse of CDS, and sort them out.
After that, we ask delivery company to deliver them, but we are still in Japan.
We have had difficulties in finding a buyer specialized in SAKE in HK, so we plan to start with a small-scale business in EC territories.
However, sending SAKE bottles one by one costs a lot of shipping fees, and we are thinking of selling 6 bottles a set, which may consisits of different SAKEs.
In the meantime, usually we pick up SAKEs out of the CDS's warehouse to sort them by ourselves, and release them to a delivery company. However, we are still in Japan.
そこで、どこまでCDSが対応できるか確認したいというのがメールの意図です。

こんな事がしたいと思っています。
我々に注文がはいったらオーダー情報をCDSに流す。
※オーダーごとか、月1回とか、週1回などの定期的に依頼を出すかは相談できます。
CDS側でお願いしたいのは、オーダーに基づき
1)弊社の在庫からソートする
2)パッキングする
※この際、CDSでの箱のご用意は可能でしょうか?
3)宅配伝票を書く(ヤマトの伝票)
になります。

We are going to do this.
We send order information to CDS when we receive order.
※We can talk about if you request regularly such as per order,once a month or week.
What CDS wants to ask is to do the following based on order.
1) Sort it from our inventory.
2) Packing
※In this case, can CDS prepare box?
3)Fill out slip of delivery (slip of Yamato)

When the order enter to them, the order information will pass to CDS
* I can discuss about put out the request on the regular time such as each order, each time/month, each time/week.
What I want to ask at CDS is set based on the order
1/ Sort from our company stock.
2/ Packing
*In this case, Could we use the box of CDS?
3/ Writing home delivery sales slip (Sales slip of YAMOTO)
パターンは3パターン、6本セット、3本セット、1本のみ、のパターンを考えています。
宅配に関してはヤマトに依頼するつもりですが、彼らのピックアップにはいくつか制限があり
・入庫フィーがかからないこと
・10分以内にピックアップができること
となっています。
以上が考えている事なのですが、この中でCDSにお願い出来ること、お願い出来ないことを整理したいと思っています。
面倒なお願いで申し訳ないのですが、ご覧頂いた上でCDSで対応可能な箇所、対応不能な箇所を指摘頂ければありがたいです。
As for delivery, we are going to ask YAMATO, but they have some restrictions
when collecting them
●No fee is requiered when collected
●Can collect within 10 minutes.
The above is what we are considering. Among which, we want to classify what we can ask CDS and what we cannot ask CDS.
We feel sorry for asking you troblesome favor, but we are glad if you indicate the point where CDS can handle and CDS cannot handle upon checking them.
We are going to ask Yamato for delivery, but they have some restrictions with regard to their pickup:
- No warehousing fee.
- Pickup within 10 min. is possible.
These are what we are considering. So, we would like to sort out what we can ask CDS among them and what we cannot.
We are sorry for bothering you, but it would be appreciated if you could suggest what CDS can do and what CDS cannot do.
