The buyer mentioned that [The product is very different with the description] but the camera received by the buyer is completely the same with my product description.

I am definitely selling in ebay US. However, there are are a lot of people in the world who are selling there too.
The buyer knows that this product is a Japanese product and I send the product from Japan.
The buyer should also have confirmed the language.
