バイヤーは、「商品が説明と大きく異なる」と言いますが、バイヤーが受け取ったカメラは、私の商品説明と完全に一致しています。
私は商品説明に、”英語言語で操作できる”　とは書いていません。
即ち、私は嘘はついていません。
私は確かにebay USで販売しました。しかし、そこは世界中の人が販売しています。
バイヤーは、この商品が日本の製品であり、また、私が日本から商品を送ることを分かっていました。
バイヤーもまた、言語について確認すべきであったと考えます。

I was certainly selling in eBay US. But people in the world are selling there as well.
The buyer knew that this is a Japanese product and that I will send the product from Japan.
So the buyer should also have made a confirmation regarding the language.
